    Your session will probably leave you feeling tranquil and deeply relaxed. In addition you may or may not feel an increase in bowel action and urination. Or you may have a heavy head or aching limbs; this is a result of toxins that have been released into your system. The above reactions are a normal outcome of treatment and often show that a positive effect has been achieved. You can prevent these symptoms by drinking lots and lots of water which helps the body to flush out the toxins so that they leave your system.
